Reach Inbox Zero faster. MailMacro sorts your Gmail for you. Record a rule for a sender once, and one click moves, archives or trashes every email they've sent to your inbox. Top Senders shows who fills your inbox the most, so you can clear out the biggest offenders before you write a single rule. How it works: 1. Open any email in Gmail. 2. Click "Trigger Recording" in the MailMacro extension. 3. Pick an action: move to a folder (Gmail label), archive, or send to Trash. Save the rule. 4. Click "Preview" to see how many emails each rule will touch, then click "Run ALL" to sort them. Features: Top Senders scan: MailMacro checks who sent your newest 500 to 5,000 inbox emails and ranks them. Archive, trash or move everything from a sender with one click, or turn them into a rule. Move, Archive or Trash: Each rule gets its own action. Send receipts to a folder, archive newsletters, trash promotions. Preview before you run: See the email count for every rule, plus any rule pointing at a folder that no longer exists. Preview changes nothing in your inbox. Undo: One click puts your last cleanup back where it was, trashed emails included. Sorting at any size: MailMacro uses the official Gmail API and handles thousands of emails from one sender in a single run. Multiple Gmail accounts: MailMacro follows the Gmail tab you're on. Each account keeps its own rules, its own Undo and its own free quota. Rule Manager: View, edit, pause or delete your rules from the settings screen. Clear errors: When a rule can't run, MailMacro names the rule and tells you why, whether it's a deleted folder or a sign-in problem. Private by design: MailMacro talks to Gmail straight from your browser. Your emails never pass through our servers, and we don't track, store or sell your email data.
