Mail Warmer
Overview
Auto-subscribe configured emails to curated newsletters so inboxes stay active.
Mail Warmer - Keep Every Inbox Warm & Active Mail Warmer is a free Chrome extension that keeps your email accounts alive and valid. It signs your addresses up to a curated list of real newsletters, so fresh or quiet inboxes keep receiving real mail and read as active, trusted accounts. Why it matters: a brand-new inbox that never gets any mail looks dormant. Providers flag, limit, or even suspend dormant accounts β and they're far more likely to block them when you sign up for social media, affiliate networks, or new services. Steady incoming mail keeps the account looking real and used, so it stays usable whenever you need it. Perfect for anyone juggling new email accounts, social and affiliate signups, side projects, or backup inboxes that go cold. π― WHAT IT DOES: π¨ Keeps Accounts Alive & Valid Subscribes your email addresses to popular newsletters so they keep getting real messages β so providers see a used account and don't flag, limit, or block it. π Curated Newsletter List Comes with a hand-picked list of quality newsletters, ready to go. The list updates on its own in the background β nothing to maintain. π Fills Forms For You Opens each newsletter's signup page and fills it in automatically, using the email and optional profile details you choose. πͺ Cookie Warm-Up (Optional) Visits a few normal websites and accepts their cookie banners first, so your browser profile looks natural before any signups happen. π See Exactly What Happened Every signup is tracked per email, so you always know which newsletters worked and which didn't. π Private By Design It never reads or sends from your inbox. Your emails and profile details never leave your browser. Free and open source. β SIMPLE TO USE: 1. Add your email addresses. 2. Pick the newsletters you want (or use the full curated list). 3. Hit Run β Mail Warmer does the rest. No account. No setup. No cost. --- π 06/01/2026 - v0.6.0: NEW: - Toolbar icon now shows live progress β an orange running count while signups happen, then a green success count (or red if something failed). - Cookie warm-up finishes with a green badge showing how many sites accepted. - Newsletter and cookie rows now show the full name on hover. IMPROVED: - Cleaner single logo across the side panel and toolbar. FIXED: - Status labels no longer get cut off in a narrow side panel. --- π 05/16/2026 - v0.5.0: NEW: - Cookie warm-up now captures and shows the cookies each visit leaves behind, with a per-site count you can expand. - Run ends with a total-cookies summary. IMPROVED: - Recognizes more cookie banners, waits a little longer on slow sites, and uses a fresh set of well-known brand websites for the warm-up. --- π 05/16/2026 - v0.4.0: NEW: - Added the Cookies tab β a one-click warm-up that builds a natural-looking browser profile before newsletter signups run. - Live progress, a step-by-step guide, and a summary of the last warm-up. --- π 05/15/2026 - v0.3.0: NEW: - Brand-new side panel with five tabs: Run, Emails, Profile, Lists, and Log. - Clean Gmail-style design. - Optional profile (name, location, and more) used to fill the extra fields some newsletters ask for. - Smarter form detection that skips spam-trap fields and handles embedded signup forms. - Support for newsletters on their own custom web addresses. --- π 05/14/2026 - v0.1.0 β v0.2.0: NEW: - First release: side panel, email setup, and a curated newsletter list. - Automatic signup with an activity log and per-newsletter history.
