Bukavilla Channel Sync keeps your villa's calendars and prices in step across the channels you already use — Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO — and your commission-free Bukavilla direct-booking page. It runs inside your own browser, using the logins you already have, so there are no passwords to share and no per-channel fees. WHAT IT DOES • Pulls from Airbnb — imports your nightly prices, your calendar (booked and blocked dates), your guest reviews, and your reservations into Bukavilla, once a day. Airbnb stays your single source of truth for pricing. • Brings your bookings & earnings together — imports confirmed reservations and each stay's exact payout from Airbnb and Booking.com, so you see every channel's guests and income in one Bukavilla dashboard. • Pushes to your other channels — when a guest books directly on Bukavilla, the extension blocks those dates on Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO within a couple of minutes, and reopens them automatically if the booking is cancelled. No more double-bookings. • Pushes prices to Booking.com — sends your nightly rates to your Booking.com extranet so you set a price once and it flows everywhere. • One-click "Sync now" — run everything on demand from the toolbar popup, or let the daily schedule handle it in the background. HOW IT WORKS The extension acts only through your own logged-in sessions, at human-paced volume, and only on the listings you explicitly flag for sync in your Bukavilla dashboard. Nothing happens without you connecting the extension to your Bukavilla account with a one-time pairing key. GETTING STARTED In Bukavilla, open your dashboard → Channel Sync and generate a pairing key. Click the extension icon and paste the key to connect. Add your Booking.com / VRBO listing links and enable sync on your villas. Stay logged in to the channels you use — that's it.
