LikeRemote is autofill for job applications. Save your details once. Then every application form you open is filled in for you — name, email, phone, address, work history, education, links, work authorisation, notice period and salary expectations — with your resume and cover letter attached and the screening questions answered. It works on Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and 30+ other applicant tracking systems, on LinkedIn Easy Apply, and on employers' own careers pages. Ten minutes each, six a night. → Type them once into your LikeRemote profile. After that, press Fill and the whole form is populated in about a second. 2 📎 YOU HUNT FOR YOUR RESUME EVERY TIME Which folder, which version, the one from March or the one you fixed on Tuesday. → Your CV and cover letter live on your account and are attached automatically, current version, every time. 3 ❌ IT IS THROWN BACK OVER ONE BOX YOU NEVER SAW You hit Submit and the page reloads in red, near the bottom, over something required. → Before you submit, the panel lists what was populated and what still needs you, counting required boxes apart from optional ones. You fix it first, not after. 4 🤔 ONE ODD SCREENING QUESTION STOPS YOU DEAD "Describe a time when…" and twenty minutes of momentum is gone. → Anything it cannot answer is put to you in the panel, in plain words. You answer once and it goes into the form. Next time it already knows. 5 ⏱️ YOU CANNOT TELL IF AN ADVERT IS WORTH READING So you read all of it, and most of the time you were never a match. → Every posting is scored 0 to 100 against your profile, with a colour ring. Skills you have are highlighted in the text. Words on your avoid list are marked red. Skills the employer wants that you lack are greyed. You decide in a second. 6 🎯 THAT SCORE ONLY HELPS ON THE SITE THAT MADE IT Somebody emails you a link and you are back to guessing. → The extension scores the advert wherever you are — an employer's careers page, LinkedIn — with the same arithmetic as our job board. One candidate, one advert, the same number anywhere. 7 🔁 YOU CANNOT REMEMBER IF YOU ALREADY APPLIED HERE Same employer, different title, three weeks ago. Or was that somewhere else? → Every application is recorded as you send it. A posting you have been to tells you so before you open it, and so does an employer you already approached. No spreadsheet. 8 🚫 A COMPANY THAT REJECTED YOU KEEPS REAPPEARING They said no in June and they are still in your results in October. → Hide it for a set number of days, or shut it out permanently. Its adverts stop showing. 9 🌍 REMOTE LISTINGS ARE SCATTERED, AND HALF ARE DEAD A dozen sites, and the good one closed last week. → Our job board carries over 1.4 million open positions, 140,000+ of them remote. Closed ones come down as it is refreshed. Filter by country, by remote, hybrid or on site, by skill, by how recently it went up, and by a minimum score, so nothing under your standard appears at all. Save a search and reopen it in a click. 10 ⚡ EASY APPLY, ONE AT A TIME, IS AN EVENING GONE Same four screens, forty times over. → Queue the ones you want and start it. They are submitted one at a time, at a steady pace, same profile, same CV. Stop it whenever you like. 11 🖱️ YOU PRESS APPLY AND STILL FILL IT IN BY HAND The board sends you to a careers page and leaves you there. → Press Apply on our board and the extension opens the employer's page with the panel already on it. It also stops presses you would regret: a company you shut out, one you are hiding, a role you marked not for you, or somebody else's profile on a shared computer. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ▶ HOW TO START 1. Install it, read what it does with your data, and agree. Nothing is read or sent before that. 2. Sign in and add your CV and your details. 3. Open any application form and press Fill. ▶ YOU ALWAYS PRESS SUBMIT The extension populates boxes. It never sends anything. You check the page and submit it yourself. ▶ YOUR DATA Chrome asks for access to all websites because careers pages sit on thousands of domains with no fixed pattern. The extension acts only on hiring pages: the systems named above, a page you opened with Apply from our board, and any page you switch it on for yourself. Everywhere else it does nothing and reads nothing. Your details and your CV come from your own account and you can delete them whenever you want. We never sell your data.
