Maetra Interaction Guard

Protects team interactions with supported browser AI applications.

Maetra Interaction Guard helps organisations protect how employees use browser-based AI applications. It applies your organisation’s active Maetra Guards inside ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft 365 Copilot before covered prompts or supported files are submitted. What Interaction Guard can do: • Detect sensitive information in covered prompts and files • Warn employees before potentially unsafe information is shared • Require employees to provide a business reason • Block prohibited prompts, file uploads, or access to selected AI applications • Apply different Guards by employee, AI application, and verified AI account type • Record Guard decisions in the Maetra activity trail • Guide employees through secure enrollment using a setup code and work-email verification Interaction Guard operates only on the supported AI application domains listed in the extension’s permissions. It does not monitor unrelated websites or collect general browsing history. Prompt and file content is evaluated only when an active Guard covers the interaction. Content retention follows the data-handling settings configured by the organisation’s Maetra administrator. An active Maetra workspace and a setup code from your administrator are required.
