MacroBridge
Overview
Import MyFitnessPal food diary data directly into Google Sheets from a Chrome side panel.
MacroBridge turns your MyFitnessPal food diary into structured Google Sheets data—without downloading CSV files or copying entries by hand. Choose a date range and destination spreadsheet, then run the import from Chrome’s side panel. MacroBridge reads the selected diary days and writes meals, foods, calories, carbohydrates, fat, protein, sodium, and sugar directly to your Sheet. Features include: Import up to 90 diary days at a time Automatically detect an open Google Sheet or accept a pasted Sheet URL Create an organized nutrition grid and detailed food log Skip dates already imported to avoid duplicates Import your own diary and accessible friends’ diaries Keep each person’s diary in a separate worksheet Cancel an import while it is running MacroBridge processes diary data inside your browser. Data travels directly between MyFitnessPal, the extension, and Google Sheets; it is not sent through a MacroBridge-operated server. Diary content is not cached by MacroBridge after import. MacroBridge does not modify your MyFitnessPal account, foods, recipes, or diary. It only reads the diary dates you request and writes the results to the Google Sheet you select. Requirements: Google Chrome An active MyFitnessPal session A Google account with access to the destination spreadsheet
