Mac OS theme

I occasionally try something else but always come back to this one. I like the good contrast of the active tab and overall clean, simple look.

I've been using this extension for years & years, the shades of grey are perfect, the browser looks so much cleaner with it installed.

After installing the extension, I do not see it in chrome://extensions/ so how do I uninstall it? My only suggestion is to make the tab colors an even lighter shade of gray than the background, so that they stand out better.
