Overview

Look up selected Luxembourgish words in the LOD dictionary.

LëtzLookup provides quick access to the Lëtzebuerger Online Dictionnaire (LOD) while reading Luxembourgish online. Select a Luxembourgish word or short phrase, then choose "Look up in LOD" from the context menu or use Alt+Shift+L (Option+Shift+L on macOS). The extension displays matching dictionary entries, translations, grammatical details, usage notices, examples, and pronunciation audio in a compact popover. Choose English, German, French, or Portuguese translations. The preference is stored locally. Dictionary results come directly from the public LOD service at lod.lu. LëtzLookup does not include advertising or analytics and does not persist lookup history.
