Open your Chrome sidebar, tell your AI coach what you want to work on, and build a focused session around one meaningful task. START WITH A CLEAR PLAN Your AI coach helps you shape a SMART goal: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. Use suggested replies or write in your own words, then review and edit your goal before starting. MAKE SPACE FOR FOCUS Choose a session from 5 to 120 minutes. A calm countdown keeps your time and goal in view while you work, without sending you to another productivity dashboard. ADD MUSIC WHEN IT HELPS Play optional AI-generated focus music directly from the sidebar. Saved tracks play in sequence, with new music generated when the playlist runs out. GET AN OPTIONAL FOCUS SCORE Want a little more feedback? Enable Focus Score to estimate how closely your active tabs relate to your goal. It’s a guide to tab relevance—not a measurement of your attention, effort, or productivity. ACKNOWLEDGE THE TIME YOU SET ASIDE Finish with a session recap and a brief celebration—even if your timer finished while the sidebar was closed. Then choose whether to start another session. YOU CONTROL BROWSER ACTIVITY COACHING Focus Score is optional and requires your permission. When enabled, it sends your active tab’s title, domain, and focus goal to an AI service to estimate relevance. It does not read page contents or collect browsing history. Tab checks run only during an active focus session—not while paused or between sessions. Whether you’re writing, studying, planning, or working through a project, LZR helps you start with intention and stay connected to the task you chose. An internet connection is required. You can try the AI coach as a guest; continued coaching requires sign-in.
