Lumo is an open-source Chrome extension that provides an AI-powered sidebar assistant within your browser. — No Built-in Services, No Data Collection, All Data Stored Locally. 🔒 Fully Local Lumo does not provide any built-in AI services, nor does it collect any user data. You need to configure your own LLM API endpoint (compatible with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and more). Your API keys and conversation history are stored only on your local device. 🧠 Deep Browser Integration Lumo uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to let AI truly understand and control your browser: - Read and analyze current page content - Manage tabs, bookmarks, and browsing history - Monitor and analyze network requests - Integrate with DevTools for debugging - Execute automated browser operations 💬 Intelligent Conversational Assistant Have multi-turn conversations with AI in the sidebar, and get intelligent suggestions based on the current page context at any time. Whether it's information extraction, content summarization, data analysis, or everyday office automation, Lumo assists efficiently. ⚠️ Prerequisites You must have your own LLM API endpoint to use Lumo. This extension does not include any free or built-in AI service.
