Add Lumexity eligibility notes to eClinicalWorks appointments.

Lumexity for eCW brings your Lumexity eligibility results directly into eClinicalWorks, so your front desk no longer has to copy and paste notes appointment by appointment. WHAT IT DOES - Shows a Lumexity button inside the eClinicalWorks appointment window to add the eligibility note for that visit to General Notes with one click. - Adds an "Open appointment" shortcut to each row in Office Visits, saving several clicks per patient. - Batch mode: adds eligibility notes to all appointments on the day's schedule in one run, with a progress indicator and a summary of what was added, skipped, or needs manual review. - Never overwrites existing notes. Lumexity notes are appended and clearly labeled, and duplicates are skipped automatically. HOW IT WORKS The extension works inside the eClinicalWorks web application you already use. Notes are saved through eClinicalWorks' own save process, so your normal validations and audit logs remain in place. Users review and stay in control of every change. REQUIREMENTS - An active Lumexity account (sign in from the extension popup). - eClinicalWorks web (Chrome). PRIVACY AND SECURITY - Patient information is only exchanged between your browser and your organization's Lumexity account over encrypted connections. - The extension does not collect browsing history, does not track activity outside eClinicalWorks, and does not sell or share data. - Patient data is not stored in the browser.
