Overview
Calculate a stock's Limit Up-Limit Down bands and see how close the current price is to a trading halt, before you place an order.
Limit Up-Limit Down (LULD) bands can pause trading in a stock without warning — and most retail traders have no easy way to check how close a stock actually is to triggering one. This extension calculates the real bands from a reference price and shows exactly where the current price sits relative to them. Features: Calculates LULD bands using the standard Tier 1 / Tier 2 percentage rules Widened-band toggle for the first/last 15 minutes of regular trading Visual gauge showing exactly where the current price sits between the bands Pro: save a history of past checks Honest note: this uses the standard, publicly documented LULD Plan percentages — exchanges have adjusted these during extraordinary volatility before, so always verify against the current LULD Plan for real trading decisions during unusual conditions.
