Information lead me to believe that this tool would be able to load (read only) my Visio (vsdx) files, however it does NOT do that! Further, before even trying, you MUST create an account (total waste of time) that is nothing more that click-bait sales cramming. Personally, I see this as being reminiscent of the WORST kind of garbage software tactics that plagued the late '90's and 00's. I found the whole experience a waste of my time and a useless application. I've probably written less than... Show more

I teach and need a lot of diagrams for work. LucidChart seems to be able to do anything! It is intuitive to use (so, a short learning curve), it produces clear and easy to read diagrams which can be exported to all the format that I need. There is also an educational version which I recommend to all my students. I find other pieces of software such as Visio and IO both less easy to use and with fewer options.
