LTF Builder is a lightweight Chrome extension for exporting ChatGPT and Claude conversations as LocalThink Format (.ltf.md) files. It is designed for users who want to save long AI conversations as clean, portable, Markdown-based documents for personal knowledge management, research notes, writing workflows, and LocalThink archives. Key features: - Export ChatGPT and Claude conversations to .ltf.md files - Preserve human and AI turns in a structured conversation format - Capture long ChatGPT conversations with a targeted turn sweep - Capture Claude conversations with a direct DOM sweep and full-DOM completion - Preserve code blocks and readable Markdown formatting - Edit metadata such as title, language, project, tags, and visibility before download - Download the exported file locally Privacy: LTF Builder does not send conversation content to any server. It does not call LocalThink servers, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, analytics services, or third-party APIs. Conversation data stays in the browser and is only saved when the user downloads the generated .ltf.md file. The extension only runs after the user clicks the Capture button on an active supported ChatGPT or Claude conversation page. LTF Builder is not affiliated with OpenAI, ChatGPT, Anthropic, or Claude.
