lost access to my wallet and the app no longer opens from X

Please help, the extension on chrome no longer opens in X. so, I can't access my wallet. Each time I try to open the extension in X I get message : There is no request token for this page. That's the special key we need from applications asking to use your Twitter account. Please go back to the site or application that sent you here and try again; it was probably just a mistake. Please help

Potions disappeared :(

I have Claimed 80 BPETs this afternoon, a wierd error message appeared, then i refreshed the page, my bpet were showing as claimed. I proceeded to swap it into potions, where i converted 50 bpets into potions. Again, a wierd error message appeared (something about adress not foud), i refreshed the page and my 50 BPET were gone but the potions did not arrive. Problem when claiming in PVE

my pet went from level 10 to level 7 when claiming rewards in PVE. My berries per hour also went down by about half
