Description: SnipWise is an AI browser workspace that helps you work with the exact page, screenshot, file, table, or question in front of you. Use Alt+X to select part of a webpage, review your snip, black out anything sensitive, and send only the selected area for an AI response. You can also open the SnipWise side panel while browsing to ask about the current page, chat with different AI agents, upload supported files, generate study material, work with tables, create charts, and save useful outputs. SnipWise is built for students, researchers, analysts, creators, developers, and knowledge workers who work with articles, reports, dashboards, documentation, PDFs, charts, tables, code, long webpages, and research material. Pro users receive more hosted AI usage for regular browsing, data, science, and productivity workflows. Premium users receive a higher monthly allowance and access to heavier tools such as image generation, code workflows, and advanced document workflows. Screenshot questions, follow-up questions, page lookups, document tasks, pasted-image questions, generated study tools, agent chats, and hosted AI outputs may count toward usage limits. Privacy: SnipWise is designed around user-selected actions. When you take a snip, SnipWise sends the selected screenshot area, your prompt text, and any pasted or attached files you choose to the hosted SnipWise AI service for processing. SnipWise does not automatically send every page you visit. When you use page context, SnipWise may read visible page text, page title, URL, links, headings, selected text, and screenshot context needed to answer the request you started. Location is requested only when you ask for local information such as weather, local time, nearby places, or local recommendations. Location is not continuously tracked in the background. Before upload, SnipWise shows a preview of your selected snip and lets you black out sensitive parts locally in your browser. Document, table, chart, code, science, flashcard, and library tools are user-controlled. Locally saved answers, flashcards, tables, chart data, and document outputs remain in your browser unless you export, delete, or submit them to a hosted AI feature. Do not upload secrets, passwords, private keys, API keys, confidential documents, regulated data, or content you do not have permission to process. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Review important answers before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, academic, or professional decisions. Not for cheating or rule-breaking: SnipWise is designed for productivity, comprehension, accessibility, research, studying, learning support, and analysis.
