LorePanic Companion brings your AI Game Master assistant into the browser, in a side panel right next to your virtual tabletop. Ask questions about your campaign, look up rules, recall NPCs and past sessions — without leaving your game. WHAT YOU CAN DO Chat with your LorePanic agent in a side panel Open the side panel and chat directly with the AI agent that knows your campaign — your imported adventures, your session notes, your characters. The agent cites the source documents in its answers, so you can verify before you call a ruling. Look up rules and lore in seconds Search across the rulebooks and adventures you've added to your LorePanic account. Works for both indexed Open Game Content (Pathfinder, Starfinder, Mörk Borg, Basic Roleplaying, and more) and your own private uploads. Recall the campaign without flipping through notes "Who was the merchant in Karthos again?" "What did the party leave at the inn?" The agent answers from your actual notes — not generic D&D trivia. Live session capture Start the live transcript while you play. The agent listens to your microphone, builds a running session log, and surfaces contextual suggestions based on what's happening at the table. Microphone access is requested per session and you can stop it anytime. Per-campaign pairing Pair each campaign tab in your virtual tabletop with a LorePanic campaign once. After that, the side panel always opens with the right agent and the right notes for whichever game you're running tonight. Support for additional virtual tabletops is planned. The extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any virtual tabletop provider. REQUIREMENTS - A free LorePanic account — sign up at https://lorepanic.com - Chrome 116 or later (for the Side Panel API) PRIVACY We take privacy seriously. The Companion extension: - Reads only the active campaign's identifier and name from the virtual tabletop tab, used to pair it with your LorePanic campaign. It does not read game chat, character sheets, maps, or any other game content. - Stores a LorePanic API token locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local), with a 90-day expiry. The token is never synced across devices and is cleared on logout. - Communicates only with LorePanic servers (lorepanic.com). No data is sent to other third parties beyond the sub-processors disclosed in our privacy policy. - Does not include analytics, ad trackers, or fingerprinting.
