Replaces all text on a page with lorem ipsum text.

Right-click on any page and in the context menu, you will see a "Convert page to lorem" menu item. After clicking it, the extension will convert all text on the page to lorem ipsum text. Note: no changes are permanent and will disappear after refreshing the page.
