not possible to add extension

Hello,
I cant add Wa biz bulk to my chrome,
the message i receive is: Item currently unavailable. Please check the troubleshooting guide.
Im checking and there is no way to get support there - so i have no idea what i should unblock or change to be able to add the extension.
