Capture portal data and file it to a patient chart in LongevityGraph.

LongevityGraph Capture lets clinicians save what they're looking at in a web portal straight into a patient's chart in LongevityGraph — no copy-paste, downloads, or re-keying. Open the side panel on any portal page — lab results, imaging reports, visit summaries — and file it to the right patient in a couple of clicks. The extension captures the page as clean text when the page allows it, or a screenshot when it doesn't, and sends it securely to your LongevityGraph EMR. FEATURES • One-click capture from the page you're viewing — text-first, with an automatic screenshot fallback. • Assign to a patient with quick search; the extension remembers your last patient as the default and lets you change it anytime. • Background filing — submit a capture and keep working. Uploads and processing run in the background, with a tray that shows each capture's status and a per-item Retry. • Desktop notification when a capture is filed, with a direct link to open it in the chart. • Review-first by design — captures are held for your review in the EMR and are never added to a patient's chart automatically. • Minimal access — the extension only reads a page when you click Capture, and communicates only with longevitygraph.ai. REQUIREMENTS A LongevityGraph provider account is required to sign in and file captures. LongevityGraph Capture is a provider tool for use with the LongevityGraph electronic medical record.
