(Please read — this matters) Sticky Notes comes in two parts, and you need both if you want your notes to sync between your computer and your phone: • On your computer: install the Chrome extension for Gmail (this listing). It works in the Chrome browser on Windows, Mac, Linux, and ChromeOS. • On your phone: install the Google Workspace add-on for Gmail from the Google Workspace Marketplace. It works inside the official Gmail app on both Android and iPhone/iPad. Install both, and a note you write on your computer instantly appears on your phone — and the other way around. Not using the Chrome browser on your computer? No problem. Install the Google Workspace add-on for Gmail on both your computer and your phone instead, and everything still syncs. (The add-on works in Gmail on the web in any browser, plus the mobile app.) Using Chrome incognito or a private window? The Chrome extension doesn't run in incognito — that's Chrome's rule for all extensions — but the Google Workspace add-on does, because it runs inside Gmail itself.
