Connects the web to Logos. Detect Bible references, entities, and theology terms — hover for previews, click to open in Logos.

The internet is full of Bible references — in articles, blog posts, sermons, commentaries, and book excerpts — but they’re almost never clickable. Logos Link changes that. Install it, and Bible references on any webpage become interactive. Hover to read the verse in place. Click to open it in Logos, where you can study the passage alongside commentaries, compare translations, and follow your question wherever it leads. What Logos Link detects on the page: • Bible references — John 3:16, Rom. 5:1–11, Ps 23, chapter and verse ranges, semicolon lists • Book citations — ISBNs, “Title by Author” mentions, Amazon product pages • Biblical people, places, groups, and events — Melchizedek, Corinth, Pharisees, Passover • Theological terms and movements — Trinity, justification, Reformation, Calvinism • Greek and Hebrew words — both tagged lemmas and any Unicode Greek or Hebrew on the page Every tooltip has an “Open in Logos” or “Open in Factbook” link. A side panel lists every reference on the page, expands cards on click, highlights what you’re reading, and lets you compare ESV, LEB, and KJV side by side. Logos Link also includes a built-in PDF viewer with the same detection — right-click any PDF link to open it in the reader. Built as an experiment by Phil Gons (CPO, Logos) to see how Bible study tools might follow you around the web. Granular settings let you turn individual detections on or off, and disable the extension per site. This is an early, complementary project — not an official Logos product. Feedback is welcome.
