LoginMax
Overview
Company logins and authenticator codes for your property team.
LoginMax helps your team use company website logins and authenticator codes from one shared vault. Connect the extension to your existing LoginMax account, open an approved company website and choose a login you can access. Use Fill login or Fill code, then review the fields and continue on the website. Available accounts follow your company, property assignments and explicit access permissions. When your company grants edit access, enable password updates for a website and approve Chrome website access. After changing a password, confirm that the website accepted it. LoginMax updates the shared company record so authorized teammates receive the new password on their next fill, while keeping its authenticator and permissions. Features • Find company logins for the current approved website. • Fill supported username, password and authenticator-code fields. • Confirm captured password changes back to the shared vault. • Connect using an expiring LoginMax browser session. A company LoginMax account and authorized company logins are required. Personal LoginMax sign-in two-factor authentication is optional. Website compatibility depends on the page and configured fields. Changes made outside an enabled browser need to be saved separately.
