Local Hop
Overview
Mark live sites and open their local equivalents with one click.
Local Hop is a Chrome developer utility for comparing a live website with its local build. Configure a live origin and its local equivalent, then get a quiet banner when the live site is open. Use Open local version to switch the current page to the local origin. Local Hop keeps the remaining path, query string, and hash, so you can continue reviewing the same route. Configure mappings in the options page. You can set a path prefix for a site section, enable or disable each mapping, and import a JSON mappings file. Local Hop stores your mappings in Chrome extension storage. It does not collect, sell, or send your browsing history, page content, or mapping data to the developer. Host access is optional and requested only for the live origins you configure.
