LockyFeed — mindful social media blocking, plus a "music only" mode for YouTube. It doesn't punish or shame you. It simply puts a pause between the impulse to "check for a minute" and the hour you'd lose to the feed — asks "what for?" — and gives your time back. PER-SITE MODES • Always — hard block, instant, before the page even loads. • Peek — N seconds of access, then M minutes of block. Glance and go. • Daily limit — N minutes of active time, then blocked until the daily reset. • Pause + intent — a short delay before entry and a "why am I here?" prompt. • Schedule — full block during your working hours, your rules outside them.
