Lock-in Mode helps you stay mindful online by interrupting visits to commonly distracting websites. When you try to open certain sites, Lock-in Mode displays a motivational quote and gives you a moment to decide whether to continue or go back. This simple pause helps reduce mindless browsing and encourages intentional use of your time. Websites currently interrupted Lock-in Mode shows its reminder screen when you try to visit: YouTube Instagram Facebook X (Twitter) TikTok (Additional sites may be added in future updates.) How it works Detects navigation to selected distracting websites Shows a full-page reminder with a motivational quote Lets you choose to continue to the site or go back Privacy No user data is collected No browsing history is stored or transmitted All functionality runs locally in your browser Lock-in Mode is designed to pause distractions, not permanently block access, so you stay in control of your browsing decisions.
