Stop the slop on X: fold ads, spam, repeats and the topics you skip.

StopSlop folds what you do not read on X. Every post on your Home timeline gets a small topic label. Tap a topic in the side panel to fold it; folded posts become one grey line you can open with a click. Ads and spam fold from the start, and so do repeats: once the same post has come round twice, further reposts and quotes of it collapse to one line. A reading persona, if you want one. Generated from the posts you opened, liked, bookmarked or hid, it keeps the posts you read and folds the ones you skip. Every item can be switched off or edited. Everything StopSlop records stays in a database inside your browser. It never likes, posts, follows or reposts for you. After you confirm your X account, post text is sent to our labeling service to receive a topic; your password and session never leave the browser.
