前端开发网页localhost与本地ip互转

localhost与本地ip互转，前端开发在启动本地开发环境时如react，通常默认打开的是loacalhost:8080/，但是我们有时候需要本地ip，使用此工具可以实现 localhost 快速切换为本地ip，首次使用时需要将谷歌配置项 enable-webrtc-hide-local-ips-with-mdns 配置为 false
