Overview
Scan the current page for on-page local SEO issues and show a checklist score with next steps.
Local SEO Quick Audit lets local business owners, marketers, consultants, and web teams quickly check local SEO signals for any business. Open any web page and click the extension in Chrome’s toolbar. In a few seconds, you’ll see a score out of 100, a clear 13-point checklist, and practical next steps. The report highlights what needs fixing, what to keep an eye on, and what already passes, so you can quickly decide what to do first. WHAT THE AUDIT CHECKS • Location relevance in the page title • Location relevance in the main H1 heading • Location relevance and useful length in the meta description • Natural location language in the visible page copy • Name, address, and phone information • LocalBusiness structured data, including useful supporting fields • Published business hours • Google Maps links or an embedded map • Indexability signals such as noindex directives • Mobile viewport configuration • Internal links within the page content • FAQ content and FAQ structured data • Tracking parameters, feed URLs, and other crawl-cleanup opportunities The extension also points out missing image alt text and slow page loading as extra tips. Each result includes a simple explanation, not just a score. WHY INSTALL LOCAL SEO QUICK AUDIT? • Review a page before publishing it or immediately after making changes. • Catch common local SEO omissions without opening several separate tools. • See the checks behind the score and understand why each item passed, needs attention, or failed. • Turn findings into a short, prioritized action list. • Audit service pages, location pages, homepages, landing pages, and client websites with the same repeatable checklist. • Get useful local recommendations without creating an account. The main audit and its standard tips work directly in the extension. Local SEO Quick Audit only checks the page when you click the toolbar icon. It does not track your browsing, keep a history, change the page, or add ads to websites. OPTIONAL NEXT STEPS If you want more recommendations, click “Generate AI next steps” after reading the disclosure. The extension sends the page’s hostname, path, detected location signals, and audit results to Google Gemini through Alameda Marketing’s secure service. It never sends the full page HTML. If the AI service is not available, you will still have access to the local audit and standard tips. PRIVACY CONTROLS Anonymous usage analytics is off by default. You can turn it on in the pop-up. If you enable it, analytics only track when you open the extension, when scans succeed or fail, and when you click the Alameda Marketing button. It never collects scanned URLs, page content, location signals, scores, or audit results. Local SEO Quick Audit never sells your data or uses it for personalized ads or credit decisions. WHAT THIS TOOL DOES NOT CLAIM The score shows the on-page local SEO signals for the page you choose. It is not a Google ranking or a guarantee of search results. It does not replace Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, analytics, keyword research, backlink checks, or a full technical site audit. It is designed to make focused page reviews faster, clearer, and easier to repeat. Use Local SEO Quick Audit whenever you want a fast answer to a practical question: does this page clearly show its location, provide the local business info that search engines and visitors expect, and avoid common on-page mistakes?
