Add your own API key (OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude) and, if you like, your business name, a signature and a custom prompt. 2. Open your Google reviews: search for your business name on Google while signed in, or use Google Maps. 3. Press “Reply with AI” on any review. The reply appears in a panel: edit, copy, insert.
