COMPS One click gives you adjusted comparable sales, a value, a range, and price per square foot - ending in a branded PDF you can hand to a seller or send to a client. MARKETPLACE For a listing that is yours to sell, Listly prepares the Facebook Marketplace post with the details carried over and the description rewritten. Seconds instead of a half hour of retyping. Find it, price it, list it, without leaving the panel. Listly runs in your own browser beside the accounts you already use, so nothing about your workflow changes and there is nothing to import.
