Highlights name of parliamentarians and lobbyists on page

Highlights the names of all parliamentarians and lobbyists of the Swiss government (see https://parlament.ch) that can be found on the current page. Use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Shift+Down and Ctrl+Shift+Up to navigate between them. Additionally the extension's popup provides an overview which can be used to quickly navigate between the matches.
