Loading Screenz
Overview
Classic video game loading screens and console startups while you browse the web.
Every click is a loading screen. Remember staring at loading screens and console startups, waiting for the game to begin? Loading Screenz brings them back. When you click a link, a classic loading screen plays for a few seconds before the next page opens. 8 LEGENDARY SCREENS BUILT IN Game loading screens: Halo, Resident Evil, GTA: San Andreas, and Crash Bandicoot. Console startups: PlayStation 2, GameCube, Xbox, and Dreamcast. TOTAL CONTROL FROM THE TOOLBAR • Power: turn it on or off in one click. • Loading screen: pick a favorite, or go random. • Frequency: from 1% of link clicks to every single one. • Duration: 1 to 15 seconds. Longer clips speed up to fit. YOUR OWN VIDEOS Add your own MP4 or WebM videos to the library and they join the rotation. They're stored on your computer and never uploaded. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no network requests. Every built-in video is bundled inside the extension, so it works offline. Loading screens only play for normal links that open in the same tab. Links opened in new tabs, downloads, and in-app navigation on sites like YouTube are left alone.
