Load Watcher is a Chrome extension for freight dispatchers. It works inside the load board you already use with your own account (DAT One or Truckstop), highlights the loads that fit your criteria, does the trip math for you and, on the Ultra plan, contacts the broker for you within seconds. PRO — TOOLS ON THE LOAD BOARD - Trip calculator and route map — the route opens inside the load; the calculator reads the selected load by itself. - Deadhead RPM — the real rate per mile with deadhead included, not just loaded miles. - Fuel, tolls, profit — your MPG, average fuel price by state and tolls roll into one estimated profit number. - Broker checks — factoring, insurance and FMCSA status of the broker right on the row. - Broker filters — ignore brokers and areas, hide duplicate postings. - One-click actions — call, email, SMS, copy the load or phone, screenshot the row. - Light and dark themes; English, Ukrainian and Russian. ULTRA — EVERYTHING IN PRO, PLUS - Lanes — up to 10 saved lanes: origin and destination as cities, states or zones, deadhead radius, dates, weight and length limits, minimum rate and $/mile. - Matching loads light up — loads that fit a lane are highlighted the moment they appear, with a desktop notification. - Preferred brokers — mark the brokers you like working with. - Auto-email — sends a message you write yourself from your own mailbox. - Auto-call — places the call through your own business phone line: your phone rings first, then the broker is dialed. A call queue keeps several matches in order. - Auto-call and auto-email run only when you switch them on, and every attempt is logged: time, trigger, result. PLANS AND FREE TRIAL - Pro — $9.99/month per user. Ultra — $99.99/month per user. Company plans with volume discounts are available in the company cabinet. - Your first 14 days are free, once per person. Your card is added when the trial starts and is charged on the day the trial ends unless you cancel first. - Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. REQUIREMENTS - Your own active load board account and a logged-in tab of it in Chrome. Load Watcher does not provide load board access or data. - For Ultra automation: your own email account (Gmail or Outlook) and/or a supported business phone service (GoTo Connect, RingCentral or 3CX). - You must be 18 or older.
