Job Envoy

Fills a company's own application form with the application your envoy prepared. You check it, do any CAPTCHA and press submit.

Job Envoy finds the postings that fit you and tailors a resume for each. This extension is the last step: it fills the company's own application form for you. On a Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby application form, a small panel docks bottom right. - Your envoy prepared this form: press Fill this form. It fills every field it can: the tailored resume, your name, email, phone and links, and the answers your envoy wrote for this form. What is yours to answer is marked in blue. - Nothing prepared: press Tailor resume and autofill. It tailors a resume for this posting now, using one tailor, then fills the form. - Changed your mind: Undo the fill puts the form back exactly as it was. It never touches a CAPTCHA and never presses Submit. You read it through and send it yourself. When the company's page confirms, the extension records the application in Job Envoy, with the address and a hash of the page's words as proof. The toolbar popup shows where this form stands, what is ready for you to send, what needs you, and how many tailors you have left. You need a Job Envoy account.
