AIKitt puts your CRM in a side panel, on whatever page you are already on. Reply to a message, tick a task off, move an opportunity, log a note: the work you open the CRM fifty times a day to do, without opening it. And when there is no button for what you want, ask, and it does it. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Read and reply to conversations, on the channel the thread already uses. • See what is left of today: appointments, and who is waiting on a reply. • Open a contact and work it: notes, tasks, opportunities, tags, and a message. • Tick tasks off, or add one with a due date. • Move an opportunity to another stage, or mark it won or lost. • Find the contact details on a page and save the right one to your CRM in a click, without retyping anything. • Attach the page you are reading to a question, so you can ask about what is actually on screen rather than describing it. • Ask anything the buttons do not cover, in plain language. • Switch between the sub-accounts you have access to, from the panel. HOW IT READS PAGES Only when you ask. There is no background collection and nothing is read as you browse. Two buttons read the current tab, at the moment you press them: "include this page", which attaches what is on screen to your next message, and the contact finder, which looks for names, emails and phone numbers on the page and shows you what it found. Chrome asks your permission the first time, and you can withdraw it whenever you like. WHAT YOU NEED An account with AIKitt installed, and a connector created from the AIKitt page inside your CRM. Paste the connector URL into the panel once and it stays signed in. Your plan includes monthly chat tokens; beyond them, chat is metered and every charge is itemised in the audit log. PRIVACY Your chat history stays on your computer, in the extension's own storage. We do not keep a copy of your CRM records, and we do not store page text or what the contact finder found.
