It uses the Chrome logins you already have for Brightspace, Connect, and Outlook. There are no extra passwords and nothing has to stay open. It syncs every 30 minutes while Chrome is running and the moment you open your dashboard at lmu-one.vercel.app. PRIVACY Your data goes to your own LMUOne account and nowhere else.
