Error during transcription

During transcribing several files the process stopped because the budget became too low. After paying a second time, the error is still present and I cannot finish the transcription process nor start a new one. Please help!

Transcription doesn't work

When I try to transcribe a podcast the icon flyes to transcription folder. But a different to me unknown podcast called The Ghost of Selfimage is transcribed in stead? What is this about?

New computer - lost podcasts library?

I got a new computer/new install of windows, chrome, etc and now I'm not able to see my library. I'm logged in to google account if that matters. Anything I can do about it? I didn't save anything from my old hard drive.

Multi-select for download

I just discovered this extension today and I find it very promising. Is there a way to multi-select for download? This will be very helpful for offline podcast listening.

Transcriptions are not working

When I click the "Transcribe this episode" icon, a pop-up asks "Do you want to transcribe this episode?"
When I click "OK", a small graphic travels across the screen to the Transcript item on the menu, then disappears.
Then I click on this menu item, and it says "No Data".

I can not find any instructions. What am I doing wrong?

not dowloading correctly

Hi I was really enjoying your downloader but recently it started downloading as html files not mp3 which makes it that I cant open them. What happened and how can i fix this issue?

Making it "go"

I installed the extension. I visited the website. I read the discussions online. Not once could I find any basic instructions on how to actually make it "go"! None. Nada. Zip.

I did eventually figure out that you need to find the black screen and then re-search from within there until you find the same podcast, but wow did that take me a long time to figure out! (And I already did it some months ago and promptly forgot all the magical steps.)

So my suggestion is a "Help for Dummies" :-) on your website somewhere. I really appreciate your extension. It's great! It just doesn't ever explain what one actually needs to do in order to make it work...

i lost my podcast list

today, i opened the chrome, and found my podcast list is empty??? what happened T.T. I saw an updating notice.. is there a way to save all the list to my account?
