WHAT IT DOES Reads every comment on the active Facebook post — top-level replies, nested replies, "View N more" expansions. It auto-scrolls and auto-clicks "View more" so nothing is missed. Filters the pool exactly how your rules say: top-level comments only, exclude page admins, must @mention a friend, must include a hashtag, one entry per person. The Tally panel shows the count after each filter applies so you can experiment in real time. Picks the winner with crypto.getRandomValues and rejection sampling — no modulo bias, every entry has the same odds, and the seed is logged for audit.
