cant find plugin when drafting new email

Hello

I've added the chrome extension but the little highspot icon is still not showing up when I click compose to draft a new email. Please advise

setting up on a new computer

I have downloaded the extension but am unable to get it to find it in Gmail.
Microsoft edge seems to be interfering with it.

Extension getting removed automatically in chrome

Hi Team,
This HighSpot for Gmail extension is automatically getting removed by Chrome. Its not disabled but completely removed.

Highspot Plugin is intermittent in Gmail

Hi, we are experiencing an issue where when drafting an email/replying to an email the plugin is not visible at the bottom. Seems to be intermittent. We tried to uninstall and re-install the plugin. Are you aware of this bug?

Unable to Use

When I click on HighSpot, it comes up Awe Snap. I have removed HighSpot, and reinstalled it. Any suggestions?

Issue with Gmail extension

When accessing Highspot from gmail, the Highspot pop up window opens up but it is too big for my screen and because of this I can't access the button to add content to the email. I've made sure I have the latest version of the extension as well as chrome.

Problem

My highspot link in my google email does not work. It keeps asking me for my password over and over again.

Not actually tracking

All of my emails are showing as unopened, even when I receive a response. I tested one by sending an email to my other email address and it still shows that it has not been opened.

Issue with GMail App

When I click on the Highspot icon when drafting an email, the left side of the window is completely blank.

When I select an item to upload, it won't actually let me click the button to add it to my email.
