Whiteboard for Google Meet™ – Collaborative Real-time Canvas Transform your video calls into interactive work sessions. Whiteboard for Google Meet™ adds a real-time collaborative whiteboard directly over your meeting, so you can draw, explain and collaborate without switching tabs. Developed by Manufaktura Języków Obcych, this tool is crafted to facilitate teaching and visual communication, breaking down the barriers of distance. 🚀 Key Features Draw over your call – pen with custom colors and adjustable thickness to highlight what matters most Pixel-precise eraser – erase only where the eraser passes, perfect for correcting drawings without deleting whole strokes Text annotations – add labels and notes anywhere, in 7 interface languages (EN, ES, PL, IT, FR, PT, DE) Navigate mode – use your mouse normally (click links, select text) without closing the board Three board modes – transparent overlay, white board and black board, with an elegant frosted-glass toolbar Live cursors – see your collaborators' pointers in real time Export as PNG – save your board with one click 👥 How collaboration works Everyone in the meeting installs the extension and joins the same room code — that's it, no accounts, no setup. Everything syncs live: strokes appear on everyone's screen as they are drawn. When synchronization is enabled, your drawings (strokes, texts, cursor position and an anonymous random user ID) are transmitted over HTTPS to a Firebase Realtime Database and shared with the other users in the same room. No login, no personal data, no analytics. You can also use the board fully offline with sync disabled. See the privacy policy for full details. To let others see your annotations over a presentation, share your tab in Meet via Present now → A tab. Google Meet is a trademark of Google LLC. Use of this trademark is subject to Google Permissions
