LLM Context Clipper
Overview
Clip page selections into one structured markdown context pack, ready to paste into an LLM.
**Turn the web into clean Markdown you can paste straight into an AI.** LLM Context Clipper lets you gather pieces of different pages as you research — a definition here, a code block there, a paragraph from a doc — and assembles them into ONE structured Markdown "context pack," with every clip labelled by its source title and link. When you're done, copy the whole pack to your clipboard or download it as a `.md` file and paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, or a project. No more copy‑pasting page after page and losing track of where each part came from. **What you can do** - **Clip any part of a page.** Press the shortcut, an outline follows your cursor, click a section — it's added to your pack as tidy Markdown (headings, lists, links and code preserved). - **Right‑click to clip a selection.** Highlight text, right‑click → “Add selection to context pack.” - **See everything at a glance.** A popup lists every clip with its title, site, and an approximate token count, plus a running total — so you know how big your context is before you paste it. - **Copy all or download `.md`.** One click to put the whole pack on your clipboard, or save it as a Markdown file. - **Export from anywhere.** A keyboard shortcut copies your pack on *any* page — even `chrome://` pages and PDFs. - **Choose your highlight style.** Prefer a gray outline, a colorblind‑friendly color, a subtle fill, or a dotted border? Pick it in the popup. - **Save a whole page as Markdown.** One button strips the ads, nav, headers and footers (reader‑style) and saves just the article as clean Markdown. **Why it's different** Most clippers grab one thing at a time, or dump a whole page. LLM Context Clipper is built for *assembling many sources into a single, attributed context pack* — the exact shape you want when you're feeding an LLM the background it needs. **Private by design** Everything happens locally in your browser. The extension collects no data, has no servers, uses no analytics, and never sends your clips anywhere. It requests **no access to your browsing** — it only ever runs on the page you explicitly act on. Uninstalling removes all of it.
