Overview

Hide distracting elements on any webpage and focus on what matters.

See only what you came to read. CleanView.AI lets you remove distracting elements from any webpage — left and right sidebars, headers, promo banners, comment sections, related-links widgets — anything that's pulling your attention away from the article, course, or documentation you're actually trying to focus on. This is not an ad blocker, and it's not limited to a list of supported sites. It works on any webpage, and you decide exactly what disappears. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the CleanView.AI icon and hit "Select Element." 2. Hover over anything on the page — it highlights instantly, just like Chrome DevTools' inspector. 3. Click it. It's gone. Keep going — hide as many elements as you like in one session. 4. Click "Restore All" any time to bring everything back. 5. Happy with the layout? Nothing to do — CleanView.AI remembers what you hid on that site and keeps it hidden automatically on your next visit. "Clear Saved Layout" resets it if you change your mind. BUILT TO BE SAFE AND REVERSIBLE - Elements are hidden with CSS, never deleted from the page — nothing is ever destroyed, and a click always brings it back. - Works on modern, JavaScript-heavy sites (React, Next.js, Vue, etc.) — CleanView.AI waits for content that loads in after the initial page load. - Uses a stable-selector strategy so your saved layout keeps working even after a site tweaks its markup. - Escape key always exits selection mode without touching the page. PRIVACY CleanView.AI does not collect, transmit, or sell any data. Everything — which elements you've hidden, on which sites — is stored locally in your browser via chrome.storage and never leaves your machine. There is no analytics, no tracking, and no remote server. KEYBOARD SHORTCUT Ctrl+Shift+X (Cmd+Shift+X on Mac) toggles element-selection mode from anywhere.
