Lock In Hour
Overview
Blocks distractions, mutes notifications on request and keeps your Dive honest on lockinhour.com.
Lock In Hour turns any hour into a Dive: one goal, 50 minutes of undivided attention, phone down. A Dive starts every hour, on the hour, on lockinhour.com. Write one goal, join, and the extension keeps you on it: • Blocks distracting sites (X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit and more) only while your Dive is running. • Optionally mutes site notifications for the Dive, and restores them when it ends. • Notices when you step away, so away time doesn't count as focus. At :50 you surface with a Deep Score, scored on how focused you stayed, not on how much you finished. Earn Fathoms, keep a streak, go deeper through the Levels (Sunlight to Hadal) and climb the daily Depth Chart. Privacy: the extension does nothing outside a Dive except stay connected to lockinhour.com. During a Dive it reports the active tab's domain and title so it can be checked against your plan. Sonar (the phone check) runs on your laptop in the web app; camera frames never leave your computer.
