HeyRole Apply Assistant connects your HeyRole workspace to job application forms in your browser. Use your selected resume and saved application memory to prepare answers, review or edit them, and fill supported forms. The extension popup shows application progress and links back to the relevant conversation and hiring page. Final submission requires your explicit confirmation. Supports recognized application forms on Lever, Ashby, Greenhouse and SmartRecruiters. Support varies by form. If a page expires, a control is unsupported, or a submission result is uncertain, the assistant pauses so you can continue on the hiring site. Requires a HeyRole account. Sign in at https://heyrole.ai, choose your resume, and connect the extension. You can authorize supported hiring sites together or grant access only to the current hiring site. Other employer domains request permission separately when needed. Application questions and relevant resume and memory facts are processed by HeyRole and its configured AI providers to prepare answers. Selected answers and resumes are sent to the hiring site during filling and uploading; that site may save them before final submission.
