Workforce Extension v1.40 – New Features & Improvements 1. Bug Fixed: Duplicate Appointments - The extension was only loading the first ~25 appointments for a patient. - For patients with many appointments, older ones weren't showing in the list. - Users didn't see the appointment, so they created it again → duplicates in Monday. - Now the extension loads the complete appointment list, no matter how many a patient has. 2. New Feature: Duplicate Alert - Before creating an appointment, the extension now checks Monday for the same date/time. - If a matching appointment already exists for that patient, a confirmation popup appears. - Users can choose to cancel or continue. - This stops duplicates even before they're created. 3. Small Addition: Appointment Count - The "Appointments" heading now shows the total count, e.g. Appointments (12). - Makes it easy to see how many appointments a patient has at a glance.
