HaulCommand Companion brings HaulCommand’s load decision tools directly into Truckstop, helping dispatchers evaluate opportunities without repeatedly switching between tabs. Connect your HaulCommand workspace once, then open a Truckstop load to review its operational and financial context. KEY FEATURES • Load profitability calculator Review posted rate, loaded miles, deadhead miles, fuel cost, operating expenses, RPM, break-even rate and projected profit. • Company email selection Choose the carrier company and connected company mailbox that should be used when preparing a broker email. • Broker email preparation Create a ready-to-review message using the visible load information and the selected carrier company. Messages are never sent without user confirmation. • Factoring credit context View factoring or broker-credit information previously saved or obtained through an approved provider connection in the HaulCommand workspace. • Driver and equipment matching Compare the load’s equipment requirements with available drivers, trucks and trailers in the connected workspace. • Opportunity scoring Review local, color-coded opportunity indicators based on rate, miles, deadhead, expenses, destination and workspace preferences. • Load comparison Compare the visible Truckstop opportunity with saved routes, loads, drivers and company operating costs. • Shortlist and quote preparation Save promising opportunities for later review or prepare a quote without immediately creating a dispatched load. • Read-only Truckstop overlay HaulCommand adds decision-support information to the page without changing, deleting or editing Truckstop data. PRIVACY AND USER CONTROL HaulCommand Companion reads a visible load only after the user clicks “Analyze this load.” The extension: • Does not read loads automatically in the background. • Does not access passwords, authentication cookies or browsing history. • Does not collect unrelated pages or account information. • Does not send emails, create loads or update records without user confirmation. • Does not use Truckstop data to train machine-learning models. • Keeps workspace information isolated by HaulCommand organization. • Displays a preview before reviewed information is sent to HaulCommand.
