YOU STAY IN CONTROL Job Scout never submits proposals or spends Connects for you. You choose which jobs to evaluate and apply for. Job Scout finds, scores and prepares the prompt; Claude drafts; you review and click Submit yourself. PERMISSIONS At install, Job Scout requests access to the permissions needed for its functionality, including upwork.com to read and score supported job pages and relevant proposal information, extensionpay.com to handle payments, tabs and scripting for extension functionality, notifications for desktop alerts, alarms for scheduled tasks and local storage for settings and job history. Telegram and Supabase access is requested only when you enable those integrations in Settings. PRIVACY Job data, your proposal history and settings are stored locally in your browser by default. Nothing is sent to us unless the product's functionality explicitly requires it. When you turn on Telegram alerts, selected job information, including title, budget, score and link, is sent to your Telegram bot. When you turn on Supabase sync, selected job information is saved to your own Supabase project. When you click Write with Claude, the prompt containing the job, your About Me information and examples from your past proposals is copied to your clipboard and can be opened in claude.ai. Information you submit to Claude is subject to Anthropic's privacy policies. Payments are handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe, which receive the information needed to process your purchase.
