I'm not sure what difficulties other users are having but it works fine for me. May be better or worse depending on who you're watching and if they have someone translating in chat at all.

People seem to be getting confused about what this extension actually does--guys, it does not automatically translate chat messages! What it does is isolate messages from users who DO the live translating, which is common in big Hololive chats. If you're wishing to translate chat messages for indie streamers/streamers from orgs that don't have a huge international audience (who probably won't have members who do translating for the community), this will probably be useless to you.
