Live Tabs is a simple tab session saver for Chrome. Save the tabs in your current window, close the clutter, and restore the whole session or a single saved tab when you need it again. It is built for lightweight, local-first tab management. Your saved tab titles and URLs stay in Chrome extension storage on your device. There is no account, no cloud sync, no tracking, and no server. Features: - Save the current normal Chrome window as a named session. - Update a linked saved session when your active window changes. - Save as new when you want a separate snapshot. - Restore a full session in a new window by default. - Restore one saved tab into the current window. - Rename sessions and delete sessions or individual saved tabs. - Choose whether successful restores should remove saved sessions or saved tabs. - Skip browser-internal, extension, and unsupported URLs by default. - Switch between light and dark themes. Good for: - Research sessions - Work projects - Study tabs - Shopping comparisons - Reading queues - Cleaning up tab clutter without losing context Privacy: Live Tabs stores saved session data locally in Chrome extension storage. Saved data can include tab titles, URLs, pinned state, and incognito-source labels. The extension does not require an account and does not send your saved tabs to any external service.
